As long as you're willing to use beta OS's and take the time to learn how to use the Storm you'll see it is a pretty solid phone. My only complaint with it is that RIM gave it too weak of a processor, they should have given the Storm a chip that was atleast equal to what is in the bold and probably one even stronger since they were dealing with a touch screen and accelerometer data. crackberry.com is a great resource for first time blackberry users and helps mitigate the larning curve definitely a must if the Storm is your first blackberry. Essential for doing OS upgrades and finding good free games
