The Belkin @TV Plus connects to your cable box and lets you stream and record TV on virtually any connected device.

The Belkin @TV Plus lets you watch TV or recorded DVR content from any device at a bargain price, but it's not quite as polished as a Slingbox.

... @TV Plus feels very much like a work in progress, a promising start that still has some way to go. If Belkin can build on this fairly solid if a little shaky foundation they should have a hit on their hands.

For the time being, @TV plus works well enough to merit our general recommendation; with a handful of small but critical changes, it could easily merit a higher rating.

It’s certainly refreshing to see someone try to offer an alternative if not a better option to the Slingbox and while the @TV Plus is not perfect it certainly performs well in the key areas of streaming and offering an intuitive interface.

Though the @TV Plus has its niggles, it ultimately works.

... a retail of under $150 and the ability to record the content to your mobile device for later and uninterrupted viewing, and Belkin sure has a winner here.
