- Display / readability The display is visible even in the bright Florida sun. And it is still readable in lower light conditions as well.
- Battery life Lasts for weeks between charges for me.
- Store and selection of titles Most of my material so far has been converted documents from my Palm TX that I used as an ereader.
- Ease of use Out of the box, it took me a bit to find that the touch wasn't instantaneous, but I can't complain. Every device trains the user.
- Document support I'm able to convert anything I want into epub with Calibre anyway, so I see no issues. I have not tried the PDF support yet.
- Storage capacity Currently have a 8 GB microSDHC card installed. I have a 16GB one laying around if/when I need it, and I just ordered a 32GB card.
- Durability It's been dropped a few times (the cats, don't ask me) and everything is still just fine. I've got some grease showing from my hands on the back that cleans up
- Design and form factor Can't really complain.
- Portability (size / weight) I'd prefer a thinner bezel. It fits in my pocket OK, but if it where just a little smaller, it wouldn't feel awkward to me. Weight is fine.
Detailed review
I love this thing. Readable, plenty of space for all my books as I fill it up.
I rooted it. This is my first Android device, and with the limitations of a BW screen, I'm almost at the point where I wish I hadn't. If an update loses the root, I'm not going to worry about it until I learn more.
