Detailed review
Good build quality. Way better than any Shuttle XPC I've worked with. Comes with custom heatsink/fan for CPU. Lacks PCI-X slots, so you're pretty much stuck with motherboard graphics, though this works fine for PVR purposes. The foot is removable so you can put it sideways. I have a 2.53 Ghz Core 2 Duo in mine. Two RAM slots, and I believe it will take up to 4GB. Onboard optical audio out is very convenient. 1394 port is only on the front and 4-pin, which is kind of inconvenient for attaching an external drive. No ESATA. Internally, 1xSATA and 1x IDE. Mine's been running 24/7 for 2 years and no problems. (I have the older "G" model, not the "GC" (The difference, IIRC, is a newer revision of the north-bridge in the GC that will address more RAM. Also, TECHNICALLY, the G won't take a 45nm CPU and the GC will, though I've been running one in mine since September with no problems or speed degradation other than the BIOS mis-identifying it at bootup.)
