After watching many videos and viewing several articles, it's still unclear whether the keyboard dock has a hinged attachment point for the tablet part, i.e., can it be folded shut like a laptop?

Anyone knows when it is going to be released?.

I added this as a phone because you can use the phone by itself, but not the tablet add-on (at least I think this is the case).
