I'm using BrowserLinux which is a variant of Puppy. It runs quickly and is very conservative with storage and memory usage.
I'm pleased with its use as a netbook. However, if you want to install applications you might have a hard time finding what you need without a good repository system like apt. Also, the menu and Desktop isn't as automatically integrated like you might be used to with Ubuntu. (I've run netbook remix before on this device but it takes up too much space for this modest device)

Great little netbook
Put 2gb of RAM and upgraded to a fast (90mb read 50mb write) 16gb card. Put bluetooth in it and a 16gb sdhc card. It runs Windows 7 GREAT !!!! I tried a touch screen but I couldn't get it to work right.
