When i try to go to web pages it comes up and says webpage not available, but when I reload it works fine. Does anyone else have this problem. P.S. I use Google Chrome.

I've been using Windows 7 Backup to an external HD (files and system image) but as I understand it, the only way to restore from one of these is from a recovery disc. Now I know that the F9 recovery partition can work, but what if the whole HD fails? As far as I know, Windows 7 will only let you *burn a CD/DVD* to create a system recovery disc. Why is there no way to select an appropriately sized flash drive or memory card? Is there a way to do this? I'd rather not have to buy an...
