I've only had this machine for a few days now. I had previously owned a 1000heb (the best buy version of the 1000HE which swaps the 6 cell battery for a 3 cell, nixes the bluetooth and runs on the n70 atom processor as opposed to the n80). The lack of bluetooth proved unworthy of ownership...

This is possibly the best netbook out there. I did fair amount of research at the time I purchased it in August 2009 and found nothing better. It originally came with Windows XP and exceeded it's advertised 10.5 hour battery. I installed Ubuntu and Windows 7 and it still runs over 9 hours...

Great little netbook with standard features and good battery life. Don't expect performance to match laptop or desktop level. Great portable computer for school or travel. Runs Windows 7 smoothly even with Aero enabled.
