When I bought this in 2004 the iPod still had a black and white screen and wasn't able to play video for about another year and a half. This player started my love affair with Archos. With this device not only could I watch movies and shows that I downloaded, I could take it over to a friends place, hook it up to their TV RCA and watch on their TV.
