  • Ease of use Mountian Lion's UI just feels more polished than Lion's. great!
  • Speed Lion slowed down my computer quite a bit. I felt as if I got back the speed from snow leopard on my 2010 MBP good
  • Configurability No comments good
  • Ecosystem (apps, drivers, etc.) Gate Keeper is a cool idea..... But not for me. Disabled when first started. good
  • Openness Dropping a few macs with 32Bit EFi is sad. so-so
Detailed review
There is really no reason why you should not upgrade to ML. With all the great new features and speed boost it is defiantly worth the 20 dollar price tag. Just keep in mind that this is a "minnor" update. (Like how Snow Leopard was to Leopard)
