Detailed review
Bottom line is that this mouse gets out of your way by removing buttons but these just make it worse. The whole mouse is essentially one button which is depressed whenever any action is taken. Sensors give the mouse the option for detecting a secondary, or right, click. The mouse's lack of physical left-right buttons lead to a lot of accidental right clicks when you don't want them. This becomes very annoying and can render the mouse unusable.
The mouse wheel is actually pretty nice, on the odd occasion that it works. The wheel is just a ball (similar to the ball on google or blackberry phones) that allows scrolling in any direction. It's small and has nice responsiveness, except when it gets stuck. It's almost always stuck too. The mouse wheel is constantly having to be cleaned and often doesn't become usable again.
