Detailed review
I bought the Magic Mouse shortly after it was released to replace my Mighty Mouse for my iMac. After having constant issues with the Mighty Mouse scrollball, I had to replace it and with no moving parts, the Magic Mouse looked like it made perfect sense! NO MORE STUCK SCROLLBALL!

I love the kinetic scrolling that the Magic Mouse has bought to Snow Leopard and it gives me a very iOS like scrolling experience with my Mac in all applications. The extra gestures are nice but I often find myself doing things the traditional way by clicking icons onscreen.

As mice go, I think it looks fantastic but there is an element of form over function on the mouse as it is very low. Traditionally I've rested my hand on mice but I find I have to grip the Magic Mouse from the sides due to its low profile.

Click and tracking responsiveness is fine and battery life seems great for me. No issues pairing it with my Mac and it hasn't gone wrong so far, it "just works" so to say!

The one redeeming quality from my Magic Mouse that I really missed was the squeeze to activate Exposé. I always used that feature but now I use the gesture areas in OSX to activate Exposé. It isn't a killer feature but it was great to have.

Overall it is a stylish looking product with some design issues but anything was better than the Magic Mouse I had prior to it.
