  • Speed and features Its great for what it is designed to do, and has handled everything I have thrown at it, although the Mac App Store is disappointingly slow. good
  • Design and form factor What is not too like? Although the end can did into your forearms when typing because the thing is sharp! great!
  • Battery life Better than any laptop I have ever had, although a portable laptop would be preferable with a 10 hour plus battery life. so-so
  • Display Beautiful, clear and bright although I havent tested it in bright sunlight yet. great!
  • Durability Feels tough and well built but I don't like to test it to much as it also feels thin and delicate. good
  • Expandability A bit low on the ports side although what else do you really need? Maybe an extra usb port and a mic jack. so-so
  • Noise The fans do spin up when playing some flash videos and games. When they do they are quite loud. Otherwise during normal running it doesn't make a sound! good
  • Portability (size / weight) Beautiful. It is the main selling point of the machine! Just so nice to be able to just pick it up and almost toss it around! I didn't feel it in my bag! good
Detailed review
I bought this laptop for college and general surfing while at home and well it fits this bill perfectly. Does exactly what it is supposed to and looks great as well. Some times I just like to look at it! I also like the fact that with the SSD the difference between sleep and shut down is so small it does not matter if you just close the lid to quickly move it between lectures. I used to do this with my windows laptop but I would forget and it would die or just heat up my bag! All in all a great machine, it has a high price but it is well worth it!
