Although it didn't go through any major design changes, the MacBook Pro 15-inch delivers more battery life, better performance scores, and is still the best-looking mainstream laptop in the market.

If you’re after a premium machine and are willing to pay for it, you won’t feel as if you’ve over paid with the MacBook pro.
Read the full review →I've been working in the IT field for the past 10 years and have always been a PC guy who built all my own machines and networks, but after purchasing this as my first Mac ever I swear up and down I'll never go back to a PC again! This laptop will do pretty much anything I throw it. I...
Read the full review →This is a 2007 model with 2 GB ram and 160 GB Disk and Intel Dual Core 2 at 2.16 GHz version. I pruchase the laptop refurbished directly from Apple. I haven't had a single hardware issue with it. The screen has great contrast and wonderful colors. I've learned to love the mag power...
Read the full review →I have a late 2007 model and it has been running beautifully for the last two years. It still moves with speed and is more than enough for my needs, even two years later. I do quite a bit of photo/video editing and rarely encounter any bottlenecks. One major fault that I have had with this...
Read the full review →When I bought this computer in May 2007 it came with OS 10.4 (Tiger), a 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB RAM and 160GB hard drive. Since then I've upgraded to 10.5 (Leopard) and to 4GB RAM, and although the 160GB was a bit of a limitation (I've been forced to move my downloaded/ripped...

Skipping the long story of why, I'm not looking back. I realize that this laptop has a very long life potential ahead of it. It will grow with the future....
Read the full review →After many, many years of being stuck in the Windows world, I was finally able to get a MacBook Pro and enter the world of OS X. As early as I can remember, I've watched Apple's streaming conferences (this harkens back to the my sheltered days of dial-up). Finally getting a Mac and...
Read the full review →This is my 2nd MBP and my 5th Apple notebook computer. As is typical of Apple kit, it's pretty and tough. I'm not careless with my gear, but I certainly don't baby it. The lid on my MBP is scratched and a bit dented. The machine shrugs it off and keeps working. Apple's...
Read the full review →The early 2008 Macbook Pro is an amazing computer. With a 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo, 4GB of memory, and a 256MB dedicated video card, it runs anything I throw at it beautifully, including games such as Crysis and Farcry 2. One of the best things about the Macbook Pro is the ultra high res screen. At...
Read the full review →I've an '06 and '08 MacBook Pro that I'll review in one. Great display. Dated design, but pretty slim. Not as durable as they seem (envious of the uni-body MBPs.)
