- Ease of use Everything got easier with Leopard.
- Speed For the most part, it was faster. Unless you had a G4 slower than 1 GHz. OpenGL performance was also faster across the board.
- Configurability More plist tools available
- Ecosystem (apps, drivers, etc.) More hardware, and software manufacturers really took notice with Intel machines.
- Openness Easily Hackintoshed.

Personally, my favorite version of Mac OS X. Easily Hackintoshed, and ran well on every AGP G4 computer.
