- Sound quality With stock headphones, Sennheisers, and Dr. Dre's, it all sounds very good across full range of music genres.
- Video quality Crisp Retina display is my preferred display for all my gadgets.
- Ease of use Just works
- Portability Thinner than 4th generation, somehow feels less dense
- Battery life This is the star feature -the 4th generation had poor battery life, this goes up to 2 days of use for me
- Media support It plays Apple stuff, streams Netflix, Hulu, Vimeo, Vevo, and Youtube. Doesn't play Amazon Video (but iPad does). No Flash, natch.
- Capacity Less an issue with Cloud if you believe Google, but having 64gB leaves plenty of space for apps -I'm always out of space on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.0 7.
Detailed review
Got this to ease my transition to new job and required Blackberry which is dreadful as a phone, communicator, and if you want to get on the web -forget it. The camera is great on the Touch -the same as the 4S's, and I'm loving life again having missed my iPhone 4 from my last job. Too bad for me that a week after I got the Touch, the company is switching to iPhone 5 and tossing Blackberry.
