  • Sound quality Speakers are decent, but not up to iPhone 5 levels good
  • Video quality Great screen. A lot more viewing area with the 4", 16:9 screen great!
  • Ease of use iOS is easy to understand and navigate great!
  • Portability Insanely thin and light. I thought the previous generation was thin and light, the new one is even more so great!
  • Battery life Fairly good, could be a lot better though good
  • Media support Need a 3rd party app to play anything other than .mp4 or .m4v. If everything's from iTunes it's fine. good
  • Capacity 128GB would be nice, but 64GB is sufficient. good

For capacity, $299 gets you a 32 GB, not 16 GB. They don't offer a 16 gb version this year.
