  • Sound quality In terms of portable mp3 players, I'd say it's pretty standard. good
  • Video quality I've watched a few movies and TV shows on it before, but that screen is far too small to enjoy something comfortably. so-so
  • Ease of use The click wheel was revolutionary when it first came out, but now with multitouch being so common, the clickwheel is a bit outdated. so-so
  • Portability Nice and slim. Fits easily in a pocket. great!
  • Battery life I can understand that because it's a small device, it's hard to fit a huge battery in there, but it's still a hassle to have to consonantly recharge it. so-so
  • Media support Just have to get used to importing music from other sources. poor
  • Capacity 16GB is decent enough for me. I obviously can't fit my whole library on it, but I can at least have what I want for the short term. good
Detailed review
I was very excited when I had first got this device. It's served me well through the years, but I think that the click wheel is getting ousted by the now very common multitouch screens we see on the likes of all smartphones and the iPod Touch, as well.
