The only reason I bought one of these (and I got it refurbished from the apple store a few years ago) is because Nike+ came out and I had to get one. Needless to say it was a great buy, mainly because of Nike+. Bought my nano the day they came out and have loved it ever since. The thing has been with me through every workout, worked after dropping it a dozen or so times and even through a full cycle in the washing machine. Just wish I would have bought the 4 gigs back then.

I filed my claim a few months ago at the following website: http://www.ipodnanosettlement.com/index.html But I have not heard from apple or anyone related to the case. The deadline was June 10, 2009. Did anyone else make a claim? If so, what was your experience?

Got this thing right when it came out in 2005. It was incredible then but don't use it anymore though I will keep it because it was signed (etched) by Steve Wozniak or Woz as he signed it.
