Detailed review
It's simple. I am able to just use my phone instead of making my phone usable. SIri is cool, though I don't use it alot now. iOS 5 is very mature. Overall, a much happier phone experience.

I say this coming from the HTC Evo 4G (running Gingerbread 2.3.3).
