The iPhone 3GS (S stands for "speed") is the 3rd iteration of Apple's smash-hit smartphone that totally revolutionized the smartphone market. The iPhone 3GS (model A1303) features an improved 3MP camera capable of auto-focus and video capture. The phone also contains a built-in digital compass and advanced voice control features. There have been numerous improvements under the hood as well, included a beefed up processor, more RAM, and a more advanced 3D graphics processor.
