I have been searching for days for a specific product. I'm trying to find a simple, small, bluetooth remote control for a smartphone, and it doesn't seem like such a product exists. I have a car with bluetooth phone support, but not A2DP, so I've purchased a Tunelink to get music and podcasts to my car stereo, and I love it! The problem is, I'm really not comfortable controlling my audio via my phone's screen. It's simply not safe to use a touchscreen while driving, and I'm driving all the time...

It seems that as every iPhone comes out, they seem to get heavier. The 3GS was 4.8 ounces (135 grams), the 4 was 4.8 ounces (137 grams) and the 4S was 4.9 ounces (140 grams). They are continually getting heavier. Will the iPhone 5 be even heavier or will they give the weight some attention and decrease it???
Google search and searching gdgt points me to programs like Phone Disk or iExplorer. I imagine that with iTunes 9 and iOS 4, such programs worked reasonably well. However, it appears that some change in iTunes 10 broke this and the app makers haven't caught up: From the Macroplant FAQ (http://www.macroplant.com/faq.php?program=Phone+D... What is Phone Disk saying that I've exceeded the number of app directories? We're not entirely sure why this problem exists, but there's not much we can...

I have my old iPhone 3GS sitting in a desk drawer, gathering moss. I was wondering if there is a way to set it up with a prepaid SIM to only make phone calls. I'd like to give it to my little brother so he can make phone calls with it and only use data when he's on WiFi, is that possible?
I am too fumble thumbs to type on the 3gs keyboard and would like to type out SMS on my mac, then automagically send using my phone, but can't find an app for that. Do you have one? Cheers!
I bought this a few months ago and can't get it to work on any of my macs using a 3Gs. I tried the beta version on the site, but no avail, and there is apparently absolutely NO support from Greg Hughes. Thx!
Can someone recommend the procedure with a 3Gs that has the 6.15 BB and is at 4.2.1 now? I need a beginners TUT, as I jail broke this a long time ago, and don't really understand what I did :)
I like catching up on podcasts while showering, but don't have a good bathroom speaker system or want to get a water proof case for my iOS devices. Anyone know if Airplay enabled shower radio systems exist?
I Brought A App About 1 Or 2 Years Ago, And It Has Since Changed Its Name, But Still The Same App, I Have Just Gone To Download It Again, And It Now Wants To Charge Me, I Know Its Only £1.99 But Still I Dont Want To Have To Repay For The Same Apps .... Is Their Anything I Can Do? This Is The IOS App Store ...... Also Can Anyone Recomend A Decent Remote Desktop App? For My iPad ? Thanks
when connected to my macbook or to nothing at all, it shows nothing at all. resetting doesn't work either, no matter how long i keep both buttons pressed, whether i connect it or not and whether i connect it to the mains or to my macbook.
I am upgrading from iphone 3g, and already have 3gs and 4s. Deciding which one i am going to unbox and use. What are main use difference (not tech specs) ?
Thanks to iOS 5 and iCloud, I never connect my phone to iTunes anymore. It's a little unsettling, but I've been putting my trust into the cloud for storing and syncing all my contacts, apps, and other important data. As far as I can tell, there's only one thing left that you really need iTunes for: adding custom ring tones or alert tones to your device. At the moment, third party apps won't let you automatically add these to your device. Short of purchasing a tone through the iTunes app, you're...

My ifrogz case for my iPhone 3GS is starting to break. I honestly prefer to use the phone without a case but I'm afraid of dropping it. Ironically dust and other crud has gotten between the case and the phone and scratched it up, so I'm not worried about cosmetic damage. What I AM afraid of is dropping the phone and watching it shatter. I want to keep using it until the iPhone 5 is available. Do I really need another case?
Since about a week my two year hold iPhone 3GS has really bad WiFi reception. WiFi still works, but only if there is a very strong signal. The drop in reception is about only 10% of what is was. This dosnt't happen just in one network, but in a lot of different networks (home, work university etc.). Any idea what could have caused the problem and how can I fix it?
Well my earphones have failed me after two years, and one side doesn't play audio anymore, so what earbud styled sets are available with a compatible remote and mic?
I cannot stand in-ear styles so they're out of the picture, which is annoying since the majority are in-ear.
