Detailed review
First of all, let me say that I don't own any of the smartphones I have. I refuse to pay for data plans. Every smarthpone I have is supplied by my employer and I use them to some extent every day.
That said, there are a lot of things I like about this phone. The WiFi option works far better than I ever thought it would. The range is amazing for such a small, internal antenna.
The iPod features are exactly what you would expect. No disappointment there.
The phone is a pleasure to use in every way except one - no multitasking.
If you use this primarily as a personal phone, I would actually give it a 10. But, as a business tool, the lack of multitasking means I would rate it a 5. That's why I gave it a 7.5.
If you want a phone primarily for business use, I highly recommend the Palm Pre.
