  • Ease of use With the introduction of iCloud, iOS 5 has become harder to use, as it is difficult for those who aren't as familiar with the iPhone from previous versions. good
  • Speed iOS 5 has been optimized for the specific hardware and it shows by the fluid scrolling, quick app launching, and overall polish. great!
  • Configurability Because of iOS's closed environment, this limits configurability. The newest version has added more options for users to change, such as sounds, wallpapers, etc so-so
  • Ecosystem (apps, drivers, etc.) iOS 5 has the biggest app ecosystem out of the competing platforms, with the highest quality apps. great!
  • Openness Apple is well known for locking down their software, controlling the whole experience. iOS is no different. This allows them to create a great UX. awful!
