  • Ease of use It just works. great!
  • Speed Slightly sluggish. I'm sure it's only because it's beta. good
  • Configurability The new notifications are awesome, and the "cut the cord" stuff works flawlessly. great!
  • Ecosystem (apps, drivers, etc.) For the first time ever, I'm giving iOS ecosystem a 5, I think it's finally developing into a sophisticated mobile platform. great!
  • Openness Still pretty closed, but Apple has so many APIs and ways you can change iOS, it's not that bad. good
Detailed review
iOS5 is a solid addition to the iOS software lineup. It boasts some impressive quality of life additions that makes it my favorite software update yet.
