Just got home from the uptown mn apple store. I went in to look at the 13" MacBook pro I made my way over to the decktops. I should say that I have been thinking about a desk for a bit. I was looking at the $1500 with the 21" display nice! Now as school nears I'm thinking will I be more productive with a desktop? What kind of performance enhancements does this ability give me with every day applications? I mean the i3/i5/i7 ability to simulate being a 4-core or 8-core machine when it's actually dual or quadcore. What kinds of experiences have gdgt users had with this feature?
