Just got home from the uptown mn apple store. I went in to look at the 13" MacBook pro I made my way over to the decktops. I should say that I have been thinking about a desk for a bit. I was looking at the $1500 with the 21" display nice! Now as school nears I'm thinking will I be more productive with a desktop? Using an iMac G3 in 2009

Do you still have a use for your iMac G3? I have one which I just want to use because it's such a beautiful machine, but the only real use i could find for it was to use it as a networked audioplayer. Though I find it a little overkill to have a complete computer with CRT running 24/7 just to play mp3's. (mine is the slotload 350Mhz version, playing Mpeg4 or anything like it without stuttering is impossible, so video is out of the question) Does anyone have a proper but nice and fun use...
