The AOC i2353Ph is a sleek 23-inch IPS monitor with an extremely thin profile and an affordable price. It's a good performer but could use a few more features.

This monitor is definitely great, and for a fantastic price. However, being a user of an older Mac mini (before Apple decided to put an HDMI port in these), I would've loved to see a Mini DisplayPort in this monitor, and maybe get rid of VGA in favour of DVI. But I'm very satisfied with this...
