I'm looking for something to help me organize the massive overabundance of screengrabs I take. What screenshot library apps are good?

I heard LittleSnapper (http://www.realmacsoftware.com/littlesnapper/) was decent, but $40 is intense. Anything else worthwhile?

I need to transfer the iTunes movie for other devices playing, please help.

After upgrade to OS X Mountain, some Mac app become incompatible.

I realized this morning that I'm actually super dissatisfied with my text editing setup. (I find this pretty amusing because I'm usually pretty in tune with which tools I love and which aren't cutting it for me.)
I'm actually pretty happy with my note-taking setup, which is Simplenote paired with Justnotes (recently swapped out from Notational Velocity).
