1. The build quality is horrible. The audio in and out jacks don't match the case. The back of the case is super loose and flimsy. It comes with three neodymium magnets for who knows what purpose, that are impossible to separate from each other. 2. The software doesn't function. Has the company actually shipped? I know they say they have, but as of yet I have not heard of anyone actually receiving one or any reviews at all...

Back in June, Always Innovating announced that the first units were expects to ship in July. Their site doesn't have any updates; has anyone who pre-ordered received any new info about a shipping date?
