I doubled the RAM to 8GB shortly after purchase. It's a great machine. The i7 performs most tasks well and the general form factor is pretty solid. If it had a backlit keyboard it would be unstoppable.

Overall I have been very happy with the laptop. I have been running openSUSE and CentOS without any issues and great overall driver support. The only downsides have been the Intel graphics and heat. This laptop runs very hot and is basically unusable without a cooling pad with fans.
