Why would they do it besides battery life? Depending on how long the battery lasts, would you be able to clock it up to 100% speed? (at minimum) This phone is nice and all, but so far not released in North America yet, does anyone know when it will be and to what carriers it would be on? I'm hoping Rogers in Canada.

Been deciding whether to buy this or the similarly specced Droid. All that's holding me back from getting it is the fact that it only runs Android 1.6. So was wondering does anyone know if and when it'll go 2.0?

The first thing i noticed in the video is the background and how despite it being animated the phone was still fast and responsive. Unless the bravo/passion/dragon can top this phone it will be my next one. Now just come to Tmobile.

So a lot of us have known this was coming but honestly it is better spec'd then i would have imagined, and for an unsubsidized price of around $550 its not bad at all. 728mhz processor, 256 RAM this is looking to be quite a powerful phone, and cheap, whats your thoughts on it?
